Digital Products (Devotionals, Designs, Downloads, etc.)

Because digital items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital product sales are final.
However, if you experience any issues with your download, file quality, or access:

📘 Physical Products (Printed Journals, Apparel, Travel Accessories, etc.)

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • In its original packaging

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, email us at:

Include your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.

We will respond within 48 hours with next steps.

Return Shipping

  • For defective or incorrect items: Every Mile covers return shipping.

  • For unwanted or customer-error returns: the buyer covers return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank.
